We act as your go-to-market partner for outbound. We handle ICP strategy, sending infrastructure, lead lists, messaging, campaign execution, lead delivery, and weekly optimization — end to end. You take the conversations and close deals.
Never. We provision and warm secondary domains so your main domain reputation stays untouched. If anything happens on a sending domain, your primary is fully insulated.
You'll see real data inside 14 days. First interested replies typically land in week 2. Closed deals from the channel follow your normal sales cycle — if your cycle is 30 days, expect the first close in 45–60.
We keep running your campaigns. After the initial 90-day period, you stay on month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. We continue managing infrastructure, lists, copy, sending, and lead delivery — you keep closing.
A prospect who (1) matches your agreed ICP, (2) replies with genuine interest, a relevant business need, or a request for next steps, and (3) gives you enough to follow up — name, company, email, LinkedIn, or similar. You're never billed for negative or neutral replies, out-of-office, unsubscribes, bounces, automated replies, duplicates from the last 90 days, existing customers, vendors, job seekers, or anyone outside your ICP. A qualified lead doesn't have to have booked a meeting — and you get 48 hours to dispute any lead that doesn't fit, which we credit.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick note on why, and we credit it — you're never billed for it. No forms, no fighting: if it doesn't meet the qualified-lead definition we agreed on, it comes off your invoice. Disputes are rare because every lead passes ICP targeting, engagement scoring, and human review before it reaches you.
A flat monthly management fee plus a per-result fee — and you choose what a 'result' means. Pay Per Lead: pay for each qualified lead we deliver, and you book the calls. Pay Per Booked Call: we coordinate scheduling, and you pay when a call lands on your calendar. Pay Per Showed Call: you only pay when the prospect actually shows up. No percentage of your deals, and no charge for volume that doesn't qualify. We'll recommend the structure that fits your sales process on the first call.
We'll tell you before you spend a dollar. We pressure-test your market fit up front — and if cold email isn't right for your buyers, we say so on the first call and point you to a channel that is. No pitch, no pressure. (It's not a fit for B2C, deal sizes under $5K, or businesses without a clear ICP.)
